Editorial Policy & Menu Corrections

How we approach menu information

Accuracy is more useful than a perfect-looking but outdated price list.

What we aim to publish

We focus on helping readers compare food categories and understand the practical details of a menu. A helpful guide explains choices clearly, identifies information that depends on location and points readers to primary sources for the final decision.

We avoid presenting a single city’s pricing as a national guarantee. When a claim cannot be confirmed reliably, we prefer to explain the uncertainty rather than invent a number.

Sources and verification

Our first reference point for brand-specific details is the official Dave’s Hot Chicken website or location-specific ordering information. We may use other credible public references when useful, but restaurant-run information generally takes priority for current items and availability.

We cannot verify every restaurant in real time and do not claim direct access to its internal systems.

How to report a correction

  1. Copy the URL of the page that needs attention.
  2. Explain the statement that looks wrong.
  3. Give the restaurant location and the date if the issue concerns price or availability.
  4. Add a link to an official public source if possible.
  5. Send the details through our contact page.

We review corrections against available evidence. A submitted suggestion is not a guarantee that the site will be changed.

Advertising and independence

Editorial information should not claim a commercial relationship with a restaurant where none exists. If paid placements or affiliate links are introduced later, they should be identified where appropriate. Our current purpose is to provide an independent information resource, not an official ordering service.
